PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Belif Solution for ınjection contains B complex vitamins.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), it is phosphated by ATP to thiamine diphosphate in the human and animal body. This substance, which is the active form of thiamine and acts as an ATP donor, is an important coenzyme involved in the intermediary metabolism of carbohydrates in the body.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), forms prosthetic groups of numerous enzymes that are absolutely essential for the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins in all domestic animals.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxin), the active derivatives pyridoxal-5-phosphate and pyridoxamine phosphate form the coenzyme moiety of a wide variety of enzymes involved in the absorption, metabolism and transport of amino acids.

Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), methyl cobalamin and co-enzyme B12 are converted into active metabolites and are involved in a wide range of biological processes in the animal body. Thus, it plays an important role in epithelial cells, myelin synthesis and maintenance of integrity in neural tissues, and synthesis of some auxiliary enzymes including normal nutrition, development, blood formation, growth and proliferation of all cells, including.

D-panthenol, it participates in the composition of co-enzyme A and acetyl carrier protein, which are of decisive importance for the realization of a wide variety of tissue metabolic processes in domestic animals.

Niacin, it is converted into coenzymes composed of NAD and NADP, which act as co-factors in the multifaceted oxido-reduction systems that are essential for tissue respiration in all advanced organisms. These nicotinic acid-derived enzymes are hydrogen carriers.

Belif Solution for Injection, is rapidly and completely absorbed from the application sites aAfter intramuscular (I.M.) administration. They are transported to the liver bound to plasma proteins. They are metabolized mainly in the liver. Vitamins passing through the same organ are distributed throughout the body. They are largely excreted from the body as products of metabolism and in very low proportions in unchanged form.
